The Northern Ireland-based independent bookmaker, which has over 60 stores and a popular online betting platform called Bet McLean, has decided to continue its long-term partnership with Northern Ireland's professional soccer club Linfield FC, which competes in the Irish Championship.
To emphasize this move, both parties have agreed to place the Bet McLean logo on the sleeve of the first team's playing uniform and on the players' shorts. The bookmaker will also place four advertising signs in each of the stands at Windsor Park Stadium, which is owned by the club.
Linfield chairman Roy McGivern expressed his gratitude for the long-term sponsorship agreement with Bet McLean and expressed his delight at being able to continue with the company through the 2023/24 season. He also emphasized that Bet McLean is a strong supporter of local sport and he is delighted to extend the partnership with Northern Ireland's biggest soccer club.
Linfield general manager David Graham also expressed his satisfaction with the partnership with Bet McLean, especially Paul McLean, and stressed that they are actively discussing how to maximize the mutual benefits of the partnership. The bookmaker also has a similar agreement with the Northern Ireland Football League Cup from the 2017-18 season.
