FanDuel and Flutter Lead Online Gambling Records in the US

Entertainment giant Flutter, alongside its subsidiary bookmaker FanDuel, has emerged as the frontrunner in the American gambling and betting sector, setting new revenue records in February. The US gambling market witnessed a remarkable surge, with net gaming revenue soaring to $649 million, marking a substantial 31% increase compared to the previous year.

The impressive growth trajectory was largely fueled by the stellar performances of prominent bookmakers such as DraftKings, FanDuel, and BetMGM. Flutter and Entain, both renowned British bookmakers operating Paddy Power and Ladbrokes respectively, contributed significantly to this surge, alongside DraftKings headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.

FanDuel's dominance in the US gambling market has been consistent for four consecutive months, despite facing intense competition. Notably, sports betting volumes surged by 32% compared to 2023, with net gaming revenue witnessing a remarkable 33% increase across 19 states.
