Co-chief of Gray London, David Wigglesworth, emphasized the significance of placing fans at the forefront, stating that football thrives when fans are given the spotlight. By prioritizing the fans' experience, Sky Bet aims to cultivate a reciprocal relationship where fans engage more meaningfully with the operator.
In addition to this initiative, Sky Bet has partnered with Incentive Games to introduce the Match 5 game earlier in 2024, further enhancing the overall fan experience.
