In order to identify the top bookmaker in Brazil, Env Media conducted a survey of 500 active adult bettors. They were asked to select the most popular bookmaker out of a list of 20 options, which included Betano, Bet365, and Betfair.
The results showed that Betano was the preferred choice, with 73.4% of respondents recognising and trusting the company. Bet365 came in second place, with 67.2% of respondents naming it as a trusted option.
Pixbet, the Brazilian operator, secured the third spot with the trust of 54.7% of participants. Sportingbet and Betnacional followed closely behind, chosen by 42.6% and 41.6% of respondents respectively. In another study by Env Media, Betano emerged as the frontrunner for monthly internet searches, with an impressive average of 45.5 million searches on Google Brazil. This was significantly higher than second-place Bet365, which received around 30.4 million searches per month.
These two operators stood out from their peers in the workshop, with Betnacional ranking third with an average of 11.1 million monthly searches. The study also revealed that 55% of respondents favour attractive bonuses and promotions from bookmakers, followed by 48% who value fast and secure payment methods. Additionally, 43% appreciate reliable customer support and a user-friendly interface.
As for the rates themselves. Sports betting turned out to be the most attractive for Brazilians - 67%. 58% play the lottery, and 51% of respondents prefer online casinos.
