888 Holdings, a prominent gambling corporation, is set to embark on a comprehensive rebranding initiative, which includes a name change.
The rebranding aims to align with the company's multi-brand model, particularly following its acquisition of William Hill's overseas assets two years ago. Notably, 888 Holdings reported a 41% increase in earnings, reaching $389.94 million, with projected first-quarter revenue of approximately $540 million in 2024.
The UK and Ireland segment remain pivotal revenue drivers for the group, with revenue soaring to £658.5 million compared to £455.5 million in 2022. Adjusted EBITDA also doubled from £61.6 million in 2022 to £152.3 million in 2023.
In light of evolving market dynamics, 888 aims to adopt a more sustainable approach in the UK, focusing on attracting lower-rate, higher-margin customers alongside recreational players. This strategic shift reflects the company's long-term vision for success in the UK market.
