BC.Game Obtains License from Curacao's New LOK Platform

BC.Game, a leading gaming developer, has secured a license from Curacao's newly implemented National Gambling Ordinance (LOK), marking a significant milestone for the company. The LOK platform is set to replace the longstanding National Ordinance on Offshore Hazardous Games (NOOGH), which has been in effect beyond Curacao's borders for an extensive period.

Jack Dorsey, CEO of BC.Game, expressed gratitude for Curacao's robust regulatory framework, which has been instrumental in shaping the gaming industry. Obtaining this license represents a pivotal moment in BC.Game's journey and underscores its dedication to delivering a trustworthy and secure gambling experience to its users.

The implementation of the LOK framework brings forth a series of new compliance measures, including an updated application process, revised fees and expectations for gaming entities, and the introduction of a one-time due diligence fee. These initiatives are part of Curacao's efforts to enhance its reputation as a prominent global gambling destination.
