WA.Technology has announced the acquisition of iGaming technology developer Onseo. While the deal has not been disclosed, some sources have reported that the total value of the contract is in the millions of euros.

WA.Technology management emphasised that the acquisition will provide both parties with new capabilities in game production, as well as an improved experience in the sportsbook and platform, as well as casino and betting.
Recall that WA.Technology is a well-known supplier in the Brazilian iGaming market, which is currently in the spotlight due to the upcoming launch of licensed services in the betting and gambling industries.
As for Onseo, the company currently supplies games to several well-known names in the industry, including Aristocrat, bet365, BetVictor, Bally's, IGT, Live Streaming and Gamesys.
