The international professional award, Casino Guru Awards 2024, has revealed its shortlist of nominees, which includes popular online casinos. These casinos, recognized as the best in the gambling industry in 2023, will now compete for prestigious awards in seven categories.
Casinos without significant achievements in responsible gaming and transparency principles were excluded from the list. This includes aspects like fair payouts and accuracy in betting. Notably, Palms Bet (Bulgaria) and Snatch Casino (Costa Rica) made it to the shortlist for the "Most Fair Bonus Policy" category, while the international online casino Vulkan Vegas and the betting site Megapari Casino were nominated for "Most Effective Complaint Resolution."
The focus of the Casino Guru Awards is on maintaining standards within each category and initiatives that have led to positive changes in the industry. Over 20 experts in responsible gaming will judge the various casinos. The award ceremony will take place in February 2024 and will be held online.
