Dublin Player Scoops $4.1 Million Jackpot in Ireland
The Irish National Lottery has revealed that a fortunate player from Dublin has clinched a whopping €3,796,062 jackpot, equivalent to nearly $4.1 million. Lottery officials, along with the game's official website, have urged gamers in the Irish capital to verify their tickets against the winning numbers: 08, 16, 24, 27, 28, and 42.
Additionally, the bonus number drawn was 30. This marks the fourth lottery jackpot of 2024, with previous prizes claimed by players from Dublin, Louth, and Limerick.
Meanwhile, across the Atlantic, no one has yet struck the million-dollar Mega Millions jackpot in the United States, despite the game being played in 45 states and the District of Columbia. The jackpot has soared to $363 million, with a lump sum payment option of $166.9 million.
