Cyvers, a blockchain security service, has identified numerous questionable transactions originating from the crypto casino platform Duelbits. The dubious address received $4.6 million from the wallets of Ethereum and BNB chain participants. Deddy Lavid, CEO of Cyvers, divulged the outcomes of the company's investigation.
Lavid reported that several Duelbits clients lost access to their accounts, leading to the subsequent theft of funds. A specific user converted the amounts into Ethereum and transferred them to another account. Lavid elucidated that hackers employ this tactic to funnel funds into a widely used cryptocurrency to obfuscate their trail.
In response, Duelbits representatives asserted the security of their platforms, emphasizing the robust protection of customer accounts.
