Elys launches new SportBet.com brand in the US

Elys Game Technology has announced the launch of its new SportBet online and mobile sports betting brand in the US.

Targeted in the US market, the SportBet.com website will provide players with the opportunity to bet on a variety of sports.The launch is Elys' first standalone sports betting project in the US, following a series of collaborative initiatives. Earlier this year, the online bookmaker's launch was discussed and is scheduled for the third quarter.It is not yet clear in which states and regions SportBet.com will be available. However, Elys states that they plan to expand their online sports betting operations to multiple jurisdictions in the US if they receive regulatory approval. This will be done through direct licensing and through partnerships in the fourth quarter.

In addition, Elys is already active in sports betting through partnerships in New Jersey and Washington state. Since last March, they have maintained a betting shop at Ocean Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
