FanDuel Completes Acquisition of BeyondPlay

FanDuel, a software developer owned by Flutter Entertainment, has successfully acquired BeyondPlay, a company specializing in player interaction for online casinos. As part of FanDuel Casino, BeyondPlay will contribute two key products: a customizable jackpot management system and multiplayer software enabling players to engage in the same casino sessions and pool bets. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

BeyondPlay's CEO and founder, Caroline Peltz, expressed her satisfaction with the startup's journey, transforming into part of the world's leading gambling company. The acquired products will be integrated into FanDuel's operations in the United States. BeyondPlay, launched in 2021, has gained support from investors and entrepreneurs, forming partnerships with various game studios. Some of these partnerships may now transition to FanDuel as part of the acquisition.
