FL Entertainment, the owner of Betclic Everest Group, has completed its rebranding as Banijay Group and released its first-quarter results, indicating that its gaming division has increased revenue compared to last year.
The name Banijay is not new for the group. In May 2022, Betclic announced its plan to go public with the television production business Banijay.
The rebranding to Banijay, according to the group, reflects its ambition to become a European leader in the global entertainment space. The Banijay Group will consist of Banijay Entertainment, the content production and distribution arm formerly known as Banijay; Banijay Live, previously Banijay Events; and Banijay Gaming, which consolidates its online sports betting and gaming operations.
