Game developer Games Global has successfully completed the acquisition of Digital Gaming Corporation's B2B assets (DGC B2B) from Super Group. The transaction was finalized on February 7, 2023, with Games Global opting to pay for the acquisition through installment payments.
According to the developer's press service, the acquisition of DGC B2B positions Games Global to launch a new business venture in the United States, offering direct collaboration opportunities with operators in multiple states. DGC B2B currently operates in several U.S. states, including Pennsylvania, Iowa, New Jersey, Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Virginia, Ohio, and Louisiana.
Super Group had acquired DGC B2B in January 2023 and swiftly proceeded to enter into a deal with Games Global following the acquisition. Super Group's CEO, Neil Menashe, emphasized that the corporation's future focus will center on the global expansion of its B2C (business-to-customer) business. B2B brands sell their products and services to other businesses (legal entities), while B2C brands sell directly to end customers, primarily individuals.
