GiG Expands into Swiss Market through Grand Casino Basel Partnership
Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has unveiled a strategic partnership with Grand Casino Basel, a prominent land-based casino in Switzerland. This collaboration marks GiG's foray into Switzerland's gambling sector and its regulatory landscape. As part of the agreement, Golden Grand Casino, Grand Casino Basel's existing online platform, will transition to the GiG platform.
The partnership serves as a platform for showcasing GiG's cutting-edge technologies, including the LogicX suite of machine learning tools and DataZ, which aim to enhance decision-making processes.
Switzerland's regulatory framework is characterized by stringent licensing criteria and a limited number of operators. Hence, GiG's entry into this market presents substantial growth prospects. Analysts at H2 Gambling Data anticipate significant expansion in Switzerland's online market, with projected net gaming revenue exceeding €440 million by the year's end.
