The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Bristol is on the lookout for new hires. Currently staffed with 700 employees, the resort aims to double its workforce, posting over 700 job openings, as it prepares to welcome guests in November.
"We're seeking servers, hostesses, table game dealers, housekeepers, front desk personnel, and staff for our spa and pool. We also need security staff, and we're launching a concert program with Hard Rock Live, so we're in need of additional team members," stated Ellie Evangelista, the president of Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Bristol.
She noted that the cost of unfilled positions starts at $18 per hour, significantly above the minimum wage. "We provide excellent benefits, including vision and dental insurance, and we offer tuition reimbursement for team members who wish to return after completing their educational pursuits," Evangelista added.
It's worth mentioning that the opening of Hard Rock Bristol was initially planned for July, but the company requested a postponement.
