IGT Announces Leadership Changes and Guidance Update

International Game Technology (IGT), a leading slot machine manufacturer, has revealed changes to its board of directors and executive team, along with updates to its guidance. Marco Drago, a long-standing non-executive director, has decided to step down from his role but will remain with the company until his official departure on May 14. With over 55 years of professional experience, Drago has been instrumental since IGT's inception in 2015 and has contributed significantly to its growth.

Taking his father's place on the board, Enrico Drago will join IGT's board of directors. Enrico, previously serving as the CEO of IGT's PlayDigital division since September 2021, brings approximately 25 years of expertise to the role. His transition from CEO to board member marks a significant milestone in his career trajectory.

IGT's Executive Chairman, Marco Sala, expressed gratitude to Sr. Drago for his dedicated service and welcomed Enrico to his new position. Sala described Enrico's promotion as a "natural evolution" within the company, highlighting his proven leadership and strategic vision.
