The completion of this acquisition, valued at €639 million, sees Lottomatica's subsidiary GBO SpA taking full ownership of SKS365 Malta, marking a significant milestone in Lottomatica's growth strategy.
The acquisition brings under Lottomatica's umbrella the renowned Italian operator SKS365, known for its online casino brands PlanetWin365 and PlanetPay365, as well as a network of approximately a thousand bookmaker locations.
