Malta Gaming Authority Revokes Rush Gaming's License

The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has taken the decision to revoke the license of Rush Gaming in the country. Although no longer authorized to conduct gaming operations, Rush Gaming is obligated to ensure that players maintain access to their accounts and must refund any owed funds.

The license suspension was a result of Rush Gaming breaching the terms of the Gambling Compliance and Enforcement Regulations. This action was taken after the company failed to fulfill its obligations under the license.

Rush Gaming marks the first company to lose its authorization in 2024, joining others such as AMGO iGaming, SFJL Holding, and Elite24bet Casino, all of which faced similar rulings from the MGA for violating Malta's gambling regulations.
