The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has taken the decision to revoke the license of Winners Malta Operations. As a result, the organization is mandated to cease all operations within the Maltese jurisdiction, eliminate any references to MGA authorization from its websites, and facilitate the return of funds to its clients.
The MGA has specified that Winners Malta Operations is required to address any outstanding debts within five days from the effective date of the license revocation decree.
In the month of January alone, the MGA has been active in revoking gambling permits from several operators, with Winners Malta Operations being the latest entity affected by this regulatory action. Prior to this, licenses were revoked for Rush Gaming and Genesis Global. Without a valid license, these organizations are prohibited from legally offering online gambling services to players.
