Playtech, a prominent gambling software developer, has entered into a partnership with the Finnish gambling monopolist, Veikkaus. The collaboration will see Playtech providing a diverse range of live casino games to Veikkaus, including VLT slot machines, a casino management system, and poker programs. This venture aims to facilitate the expansion of Veikkaus with new gaming offerings. The deal follows a successful outcome in a government procurement competition where Playtech was chosen as the gaming content supplier for Veikkaus. Fredrik Silvander, Playtech's Commercial Director, highlighted that this collaboration builds upon the success of their earlier partnership, marking Veikkaus' entrance into the live casino games sector.
