Scientific Games, a leading developer of gambling and lottery terminals, has inked an agreement with Westlotto to supply Contour.v devices to its outlets in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The rollout, slated to commence in April 2025, will see over 3,000 establishments equipped with these terminals.
This partnership forms part of a broader initiative aimed at modernizing retail lotteries throughout Germany. Leveraging their 25-year collaboration, Scientific Games will provide Westlotto with its retail point-of-sale management system, alongside associated sales technology, iLottery, and sports betting products.
Matthias Müller, Vice President at Scientific Games, emphasized Westlotto's steadfast commitment to innovation, stating, "The transition to new optical terminals is another example of the innovative vision for modernizing the retail lottery."
