Initially envisioned as a "Finnish online casino for Finns" within the country, Helmicasino.com was shut down in early 2023 due to licensing issues. Spiffbet now plans to relaunch Helmicasino.com under a Maltese license, with the casino set to become operational in Finland by early December 2023.
According to Henrik Svensson, CEO of Spiffbet, the relaunch will require significant investments but will reintroduce a casino to the market with an excellent selection of games and convenient payment options.
Previously, Spiffbet successfully launched the online giant Supersnabbt.se in Sweden and continues its expansion in the Scandinavian countries. Supersnabbt.se, a subsidiary brand of the Finnish Supernopea.com, is managed by the company. Spiffbet also owns Turbovegas, operating in Finland and Sweden.
