Rivera has sued the Powerball lottery winner, Castro, claiming that the latter won unlawfully and actually stole the ticket from him. According to Rivera, his focus is on the truth, not the money, and he describes the situation with Castro as a “war.” Rivera aims to prove that he was the one who purchased the ticket, alleging that his former landlord, Castro, dishonestly took it from him a day before the jackpot draw.
