The Maltese online casino Videoslots has had its license as a leading operator in Sweden extended for another five years, until 2028. The Swedish Gambling Authority (SGA) approved the continuation of the service, as this period is the maximum possible extension.
Videoslots has been operational in the country since the establishment of the legislatively regulated market in 2019. Ulla Skottling, Deputy CEO of the operator, stated that renewing the license will strengthen the service’s position in Europe and the Nordic countries. According to him, Videoslots’ adherence to requirements and laws has contributed to its success in the Swedish gambling market.
