Betby Gains MGA Nod for Esports Betting Expansion

The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has granted Betby, a sportsbook platform provider, a license to integrate esports betting into its services. Finally, Betby's adherence to regulatory standards is recognized.

This license enables Betby to offer enhanced betting software, featuring real-time odds on esports events and a comprehensive match statistics center, all through its Betby Sportsbook software. The centerpiece product, Betby.Games, is set to incorporate AI-powered features, a highlight at the upcoming ICE London event.

Ilze Ramolina, Head of Legal at Betby, noted the license's role in expanding Betby's services. The approval aligns with Betby's strategy to innovate in the dynamic esports and gambling sectors, fostering player engagement and maintaining regulatory compliance.
