The Professional Fighters League (PFL) of France and the broadcast network and betting operator DAZN have reached an agreement on partnership. PFL Europe is able to broadcast four tournaments a year due to the agreement.
The league now has a commercial partnership with bookmaker DAZN Bet. Prior to the opening match, gamblers can wager on PFL-related athletic events. The league wants to get to the level of European competitions with the assistance of the TV station and betting operator. Additionally, boxing championships are periodically televised on DAZN in Ireland and the UK.
Mixed martial arts (MMA) is fairly common in France, according to DAZN CEO Pete Oliver, and the PFL's event schedule is "unrivaled."
