Stats Perform and Electronic Arts (EA) have announced their new partnership to improve EA's SPORTS FC 24 game.
This partnership will allow Stats Perform to use Opta data, including soccer game performance information, to create a more realistic game experience for players. They will also implement over 30 styles of play including passing, duels, dribbling, tip-ins, standard positions, shots, blocking, and interceptions.
This collaboration follows Stats Performa’s expanded partnership with Football DataCo and they remain the official statistical partner of the EFL, EPL, and SPFL. Karl Mergele, CEO of Stats Perform, hoped that Opta's data will make the game more exciting and realistic.
EA also plans to deepen its partnership with Stats Perform by expanding it to various clubs, leagues, and broadcasters around the world.
