Evolution Expands Portfolio with Livespins Acquisition

Gaming giant Evolution has sealed a deal to acquire Livespins, a dynamic platform facilitating bets between gamers and streamers. The cash transaction is valued at €5 million, with the full payment slated for Q2 2024.

The acquisition of Livespins enables Evolution to fortify its portfolio, incorporating the engaging "live entertainment" feature that allows players to interact with streamers. Livespins will persist as a distinct brand under the Evolution umbrella, aligning with the model adopted for previously acquired entities like Red Tiger and Big Time Gaming.

Livespins, recognized for innovation in the live entertainment sector, offers a betting platform for gaming companies. CEO Martin Carlesund highlights that this acquisition aligns with Evolution's commitment to providing gamers with cutting-edge technologies and experiences.
