KSA issues warnings to 13 bookmakers for improper conduct

The Dutch gambling authority, Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), has issued warnings to 13 bookmakers for engaging in improper practices.

These bookmakers were instructed to halt the use of "unauthorised practices" after the KSA discovered that some had delayed customer withdrawals.

According to Dutch law, players' funds must be returned immediately by the provider. The KSA stated, "A provider cannot impose systemic conditions that hinder direct payments. Therefore, player credits must be returned promptly."

The 13 companies are now required to verify that they did not engage in such manipulations.
