Each year, the casino's charity collection box accumulates funds contributed by visitors, and at the close of 2023, the casino staff selects an organization for support.
The UMCG Cancer Research Foundation expressed gratitude for the "impressive contribution" from Holland Casino visitors, emphasizing that the funds will play a significant role in advancing cancer research. Notably, other branches of Holland Casino in Dutch cities, including Enschede and Scheveningen, also engaged in charitable initiatives. Holland Casino Enschede presented a check of €24.3 thousand to the McDonald's Foundation, supporting a local hospital, while Holland Casino Scheveningen donated almost €30,000 to KNRM Scheveningen, a volunteer maritime rescue service.
