Renowned Olympic champion and basketball player, Shaquille O’Neal, has taken on the role of host for the new "Big Podcast Network" at Playmaker, a major media platform focused on sports and gambling.
The partnership involves the collaboration of Playmaker's production team, Inside the NBA sports show host Adam Lefko, and other sports personalities. O'Neal and Lefkoe will kick off the podcast, delivering hour-long video episodes weekly throughout the NBA season.
Having established his production company, Jersey Legends, several years ago, O'Neal and his team achieved recognition with an Oscar for the short documentary film "Queen of Basketball" in 2021. Jersey Legends also produced a four-part documentary series about O'Neal for HBO.
Playmaker, in addition to its media endeavors, has ventured into the sports betting realm, notably acquiring Meg Better Collective to develop TV programs centered around betting.
