Catena Media is considering Eric Flink for the role of chairman at its subsidiary, the company announced. Flink, currently serving as Chairman of Swedish digital health startup Dr HUD, is poised to assume the same position at Catena pending approval at the group's upcoming general meeting scheduled for May 15.
Flink brings a wealth of experience to the table, having worked extensively with the strategic management firm Boston Consulting Group (BCG). During his tenure at BCG from January 2015 to October 2023, Flink held various leadership roles, including managing director. Prior to his time at Boston Consulting Group, he served as the head of a consulting company from March 2005 to November 2012.
In addition to Flink's potential appointment, Catena Media has also announced other changes to its board of directors. Notably, Dan Castillo, an investor in the group since 2015, has been named among the new appointees. Castillo brings relevant experience from his tenure on the board of directors of Kotipizza, further strengthening Catena's leadership team.
