The Plaza Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas has appointed Christian van Buuren as the Director of Table Games. In a simultaneous move, Ryan Rowland has been named Vice President of Food and Beverage Programs.
Christian van Buuren brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles in casinos and hotels, having worked at Gold Reef Casino Resorts in South Africa and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. He notably led the gaming division at Kangwon Land in South Korea and played a key role in the rebranding of a Las Vegas casino into The STRAT.
Ryan Rowland, who joined the Plaza Casino restaurant team in 2019 as a director, previously spearheaded the cafe at Monte Carlo Resort & Casino before the company's acquisition by MGM Resorts.
These strategic appointments aim to enhance the leadership team at Plaza Hotel & Casino, contributing to the continued success and growth of the establishment in the competitive Las Vegas hospitality landscape.
