The International Gaming Standards Association (IGSA) has announced the resignation of its President, Peter DeRaedt, who served in the position for 25 years. The Board of Directors expressed deep appreciation for his contributions. Mark Pace, the current Vice President of IGSA, will assume the role of president, bringing with him 20 years of experience in the association and a successful track record in the gaming industry.
DeRaedt began his career in the gambling industry in 1986 as a systems manager at TCS. He later joined Aristocrat in Sydney, where he played a key role as the vice president of technology, overseeing the establishment of a new research and development center in Tucson, Arizona. Subsequently, he served as the corporate vice president of product development at IGSA.
