The Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority has confirmed the resignation of Jody Madigan from his role as chief operating officer after two and a half years of service. Joseph Hasson will step in as the interim replacement for Madigan, who is set to officially depart on August 1 after a brief leave of absence.
Madigan brings a wealth of experience to his tenure at Mohegan, having held senior management roles at various casinos and casino-related establishments. His previous positions include serving as the general manager of the Mohegan Tribe's Paragon Casino Resort for over three years.
In the interim, Joseph Hasson will take on the responsibilities of COO while concurrently fulfilling his role as the general manager of Mohegan Casino at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. This transition ensures continuity and stability within Mohegan's leadership team during this period of change.
