UFC President Wins $1 Million in Casino in One Night

Dana White, the president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and a prominent businessman, has shared insights about his most significant wins and losses at the casino. Known for his love of gambling, White is a regular at Caesars Palace and enjoys placing substantial bets. He recounted a memorable night in Las Vegas where he won one million dollars playing baccarat, and between January and March this year, he earned around 26 to 27 million dollars at a local casino.

On the flip side, White also revealed that he once experienced a staggering loss of $8 million in a single evening. He frequently places bets as high as $350,000 per hand at Caesars Palace and $400,000 at the Bellagio. Despite his high-stakes gambling, he maintains discipline, typically playing until he wins three consecutive hands or his winnings reach $800,000.

White emphasises his strong risk tolerance and mindset but also highlights a major pitfall for those prone to gambling addiction. He points out that many individuals who struggle with gambling often fall into the trap of "chasing losses," a tendency to try to recover lost money. In an interview, he advised against this behaviour, encouraging players to set limits for themselves and stick to them rather than seek to reclaim what they have lost.
