— With your extensive background in the iGaming industry, particularly as CEO of SBTech and GoWild Gaming, how do you plan to leverage your expertise to advance Digicode?

— Drawing from my tenure leading both B2B and B2C companies within the iGaming sector, I possess a deep understanding of the challenges confronting providers and operators in this space. I aim to harness this wealth of experience and tap into my extensive network of industry professionals to streamline strategy execution for businesses within Digicode.

Digicode boasts a distinguished reputation as an IT powerhouse, boasting a team of over 400 skilled professionals known for their independence and innovative technological solutions. In my capacity as the new Executive Director of iGaming at Digicode, my focus is squarely on propelling the company's growth trajectory and devising strategic approaches tailored to the ever-evolving iGaming landscape. By providing strategic guidance to our product development and sales teams, I am committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions finely attuned to the specific requirements of iGaming operators.

Moreover, my experience navigating complex regulatory frameworks and spearheading effective growth initiatives positions Digicode to thrive within the dynamic iGaming arena.

— What are the biggest challenges operators face when integrating with third parties? How can we effectively overcome these challenges?

— In the rapidly evolving landscape of the iGaming industry, operators confront a significant challenge in integrating an expanding array of third-party solutions. These encompass content providers, payment systems, and marketing tools, all of which must be seamlessly integrated while simultaneously managing core business operations and staying ahead of market dynamics. This complexity often impedes operators from concentrating on essential aspects such as product development and growth strategies.

The Digicode Integration Center offers a comprehensive solution to address these challenges. We specialize in providing swift, dependable, and efficient integration services, enabling operators to seamlessly incorporate best-in-class providers into their offerings without compromising core business functions. This approach not only saves operators valuable time and resources but also ensures a more reliable and efficient integration process, owing to Digicode's extensive experience in the iGaming industry.

Whether operators seek to add additional content providers, implement new payment solutions, or enhance their marketing capabilities, the Digicode Integration Center is adept at tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. By leveraging Digicode's expertise and personalized guidance, operators can navigate the integration process smoothly and successfully, resulting in a strengthened and more competitive iGaming solution.

—The revenue-sharing model is widely utilized among gaming content providers when collaborating with operators. Could you elaborate on the business model Digicode has adopted instead, and how it will enhance value for your customers in the future?

—At Digicode, we've taken an innovative approach by veering away from the conventional revenue-sharing model. Instead, we've implemented a business model centered on pre-determined costs, meticulously tailored to suit the unique needs and intricacies of our partners. This strategic decision enables us to position ourselves as a dependable and independent technology partner, committed to supporting our customers throughout their journey.

Our philosophy revolves around empowering our clients to focus on marketing, business promotion, and innovation, while Digicode stands by as a steadfast support system every step of the way.

Furthermore, unlike other vendors who simply license their products and systems to customers, Digicode goes a step further to ensure that our clients retain full ownership and control of their products. We prioritize safeguarding our clients' intellectual property rights, assuring that any innovations they develop will remain exclusively theirs. With Digicode, clients need not vie for priority within a common licensing system shared with other clients. They can rest assured that their intellectual property remains intact and secure.

At Digicode, we firmly believe in offering a spectrum of business models tailored to accommodate diverse customer needs. Our commitment to fixed costs, established in collaboration with our partners based on service volume and complexity, fosters transparent and predictable financial arrangements. This customer-centric approach not only cultivates a stronger sense of ownership and control among operators but also nurtures a flexible and responsive environment conducive to innovation and growth.

—As an American company, what do you identify as the primary growth driver for the North American market, and are there other regions of interest for Digicode? If so, why?

—Digicode maintains a robust presence in the North American market while also catering to clients across Europe and Latin America. Our extensive experience in these regions uniquely positions us to tackle the distinct challenges prevalent in the North American market, including regulatory complexities, fierce competition, and the demand for innovative solutions.

The US market, in particular, has undergone significant regulatory shifts in recent years, presenting ample opportunities for innovation and consumer education. Leveraging our rich history in European and Latin American markets, Digicode is poised to offer tailored guidance and support to US-based companies or those seeking to penetrate the US market. Our solutions encompass customized product combinations and innovations, addressing diverse needs such as developing bespoke gaming machines, implementing secure cash and payment gateways, deploying efficient and responsible gaming systems, or even delivering comprehensive core platforms.

Furthermore, a notable aspect is the relatively nascent experience of many US casinos in the online gaming realm. Here, Digicode's expertise proves invaluable, facilitating a seamless transition for these entities from traditional land-based operations to the digital sphere. By bridging this gap, we significantly enhance their prospects for success within the burgeoning iGaming industry.
