RPL Donates 18 Million Rubles to Victims of Crocus City Hall Terrorist Attack

In response to the tragic terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall near Moscow, the Russian Premier League (RPL) has pledged to donate 18 million rubles to aid the victims. The donation amount was calculated based on the number of goals scored during the 22nd round games, amounting to one million rubles per goal.

Winline, the general partner of RPL, also participated in the initiative and will contribute its share of the donation to the Red Cross. The collective efforts have resulted in over 1.2 billion rubles being raised for the families of those affected by the attack, providing much-needed support during this challenging time.

The incident, which occurred on Friday, March 22, at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Krasnogorsk, Moscow region, involved both shooting and an explosion. The tragedy prompted condolences from over 20 countries, and March 24 was declared a national day of mourning by authorities.
