Counter-Strike and LoL Top eSports Betting Charts

In the evolving realm of eSports betting, Counter-Strike and League of Legends (LoL) have emerged as the frontrunners, commanding the lion's share of the market. According to the Abios Leaderboard 2023 report, Counter-Strike accounted for a dominant 56% of all eSports bets, with LoL trailing at 24%. Dota 2 secured the third spot with 14%, showcasing the enduring appeal of MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) games in the betting arena.

Valorant, another creation from Riot Games, the developer of LoL, carved out its niche, capturing 3% of the betting turnover and ranking fourth in popularity. Meanwhile, the military shooter Call of Duty rounded out the top five with a 2% share of the bets.

Regionally, Counter-Strike proved most profitable for bookmakers in North America and Europe, reflecting its widespread appeal in these markets. In contrast, LoL reigned supreme among Latin American gamers, underscoring the diverse geographical preferences in eSports betting.
